in previous thread (huge summer spoilers) it says that the dogs financel problems casuse darren and his dad to take drastic action.
whilse i think the whole eil imaginary friend idea it better....
another possibilty could be that they decide to tourch the dog-obviously not realiseing eli is in there-causein him to die. then leading on to another previouse spoiler-'dark and confusing time for newt' as he loses the one person who has always been there 4 him.
just a though, but to be honest, i do perfer the imaginary friend idea. but i can think of any one else who could die-unless its a main character. what do you think?

i thought all busnesses were insured-but maby not, i thought it was just the loan that wasnt insured. but for some one to die- it must involve somthing dangerous- any one else got any ideas of what they might do?

they'd definately have buildings insurance, just not the loan

I thought they set up Jake for the murder of Sean. They take the money Warren offered Justin and use it to pay off the loan shark!

From what I gather from reading spoilers. Warren refuses to pay them the money until he's ready to.

i WOULD go with the torching idea, BUT the dog had already recently been burned. And done up really pretty. Could Hollyoaks be assresd to re decorate again???!

I cant imagine Jack (former cop) trying to con the insurance companies. He was stressed out enough just getting a loan from the loanshark. I doubt that Jack would torch the pub...

Plus how would Eli be killed if he doesnt actually exist as many predict (including me). I'm guessing that if its a death its going to be a main character for maximum impact. Soaps are all about making a big impact, doing memorable things. Killing off a guy whos been in it for a month wouldnt be that big a deal.

maybe lauren went to see newt and they didnt know she was there and she died in the fire???

and yea i hope eli is imaginary!

i think the dead ody part is to do with Sean Kenedy because the spoilers arent that far ahead

They are not insured because on E4 eppi when Newt and 'Eli' flood the dog they aren't insured and don't get any compensation.

ye i just think it will be seans body, darren plantin evidence on jake so he takes the fall, surely there cant be anymore dead bodies, or another dog fire!

if darren and jack torch the pub what if Newt runs back in to save Eli(even the he might not be real)just a thought tho...But i dont think Newts leaving.
