The only person he wants to get in touch with is Nicole, so he rings her one day and asks her to come visit him. Reluctant Nicole goes to see him, but when she comes face to face with her brother her reaction isnt quite what he was hoping for.
Sam begs for her forgiveness but she cant forget what he and Andy did. They have a big argument and Nicole declares that she hates him and no longer has him as a brother!
After Nicole leaves Sam goes back to his cell, and gets into a fight with another prisoner. He is moved into hospital wing where it is touch and go for a bit. News reaches the Owens and they all rush to his bedside, but when Russ and his mum leave the room, Nicole breaks down and says she is sorry for what she said before. But Sam has other things on his mind.....
He has stole a pair of nurses scissors and takes Nicole hostage!! he threatens everyone he will kill her if they stop him escaping!
He is out for revenge on everyone that put him in prison, including ex-girlfriend sophie Burton. Mel & Louise hear of Sams escape and fear for Sophies safety.

I can't imagine him wanting revenge, I thought he hated himself for what he did?? And I don't understand why he goes after Nicole when he asked them not to visit or contact him, so as to give them a normal life. Confusing boy

Its basically supposed to be showing that prison has made such a big change in him. His become very bitter and angry about the way his been treated by his friends & family.

Everytime someone goes to prison in a soap they come back a changed person. Apparently prison messes you up really badly. If Jake goes to prison, when he comes out, he won't be saying "I deserve what I get" He'll probably set fire to the valentine's house or something

Well people who break the law are usually messed up in the first place, and if it got a lot of media attention it must have been pretty bad.
Jake was messed up, didn't pay attention to the road, Mrs V came out of nowhere bam.
Sam was messed up by his previous stint in jail, didn't have many pals ended up in Andy's clutches. Back to Jail. In Sam's case he would have gotten away with it, if Andy hadn't blabbed.
i duno but i heard there was going to be some sort of explosion so ... can i just say whats going on with stephs hair at the moment ?? she got hair extensions n its horrible ! it was so much nicer before
