The scar was written into it nearly 3yrs a go when Dom first came into it, I cant remember exactly what was said but basically it was Dom's fault as he made Tony trip or something like that. But obviously that isnt what actually happened but as Tony and Dom are brothers in real life it could be a similar story!

i could swear that scar was written in when mandy hurt tony somehow towards the end of there marriage, and he cut his head! it was like a very short domestic abuse storyline where the man is the victim!
