if claire is still alive wouldnt she get the money he left. also nobody apart from max warren and justin think she is dead so would marrying steph be legal. or maybe he got divorced...

Imagine if claire came back, stephs and maxs marrage wouldnt count- claire would then have access to all maz money and mobs and even Tom!!! that would be a good story line.

Yep they deffo divorced thats why Clare owned the loft she got it as part of the settlement
