when does Max get Tom back because surely if Max is a suspect of tryin to kill clare the social services will take this on board and think that Max isnt capable to look after Tom. Because when Max went to see the women at social services he got nasty with her maybe they could think he is capable of tryin to kill clare plus he told thm at social services it was clare who was the one that got tom in care and was very p*ssed about it. This could Max into a bad situation

i havent read any spoiler that indicates when max gets tom back. i read heat and i think that thats just a visit between the 2.
tomll have to stay in care whilst there is an investigation by the social services into the 'anonymous' claim of ause. the proper channels must be followed. they will have to ask tom how he got the cut which will be revealed as an accident but wont clear maxs name. then they will have to ask him why he doesnt want to stay with max which will have to be coaxed out of him as hel not reveal anything and the social workers will assume violence from max onto tom.
once the truth is out (what clare told him) the social workers will realise they were taken in by a nasty piece of work and tom will be told the truth which he wont believe, theyll have to get him to undersdtand hes not to blame and then theyl be reunited for a happy ending - unless max is the attempted murderer. the intersting point is what will the consequences be for claire? can she face charges or something? could max sue for slander? or is it libel?
it is not how long until max and tom are reunited taht is the intersting point - it is the far reaching consequences for the pepole involved. mental states, criminal charges etc.
