Clare returns to the village in the winter broke and desperate for money her intensions are to have a last ditch attempt to kill max off and cash in on all his money...having realised max is dead leaving steph his widdow....she then tries to kill anything stopping her getting max's money....steph & Tom, whilst in the village Clare catches louise out having an affair with Justin and over hears them talking about shauns death....clare cleverly records it on her phone then blackmails louise to sign over her share of the loft and evissu over in clares name or she will tell warren about her and justins affair and will go to the police and show them the footage off louise and justin discussing shauns death which will obviously conclude to louise and justin having part in shauns disapperance and death.....this story line sees the depature of chris fountain who steels money from the safe in the loft and buggers off to spain before he gets arrested or killed by warren and also sees louise paniking and commiting suicide by shooting herself in the head using a gun held in the loft by warren

It's highly plausible Clare will return even if it is only for a short storyline to resolve the whole Warren thing, and remeber she has a motive to return and gain revenge on Justin as well.

Chris signed a new contract about 2 months ago, it lasts til May 2009.

Either this is a hell of a long storyline if it ends up with Justin dead!

Dunno about that, James Sutton is leaving in the next couple of weeks and it was only announced last week - though anyone following McDean will know that as soon as it was confirmed Guy was returning, it was obvious James was leaving, but even that was only about a month before he is actually leaving, and October is 3 months off.

But as I said, Chris is definitely still there on screen for another 12 months and there's no way anything this detailed would be known that far in advance, and even if Louise DID leave when her contract was up, that's 6 months before Justin would!

Well this poster has also put up a supposed JP exit spoiler and it's total fantasy - so I'd imagine this has a fair chance of being pure invention too.
