I don't know if Will "hacked" into the computer system at the surgery or whether he somehow sneaked into the Doctor's room at some point. It seems really far fetched to me.

i think he sneeked into the room when kris went in to the other room, but you would think there would be someone there. and i didnt no doctors used computers, i thought they had notes in a file

the form was just on the computer stupid really coz anyone could change it
