Had a bit of a relapse on the old booze woke up having lost an intire day in a strange house. Can't remember a thing.

Back off it again now. Please god wish me luck!

Shooting fish in a barrel is actually alot harder than you'd think.

Oops. Try and wake up in a Health Farm next time.

Perhaps you are being to hard on yourself by giving up booze altogether. I started by cutting my 500 choc bars a day to 250. Angel

And before you know it 'Weigh Day' will be 'Weigh-Hay Day', as you start losing pounds quicker than a 'Northern Rock' share.. Keep at it... Clapping

I found some drunken looking rough individual on my sofa the other morning, it could have been you, I'll never know I dumped them in the recycle bin with all the empties...... Sick

Tomorrow's always another day...(no idea what that means but it sounded profound..... Nod

Just going to weigh myself now, just be thankful it's not a web cam, I am naked, have shaved my legs, arm air and head, (not much there to begin with) I will stand on one leg facing east with my belly leaning on the kitchen work top (sorry if you're eating but being sick helps weigh loss....) Sick

Well I messed up my batter recipe twice and had to throw most of my pancakes away... Too much milk and a dodgy egg, I think, and it wouldn't all hold together... Crying

I got things going in the end, though - and managed to neck about three and a half, which were jolly tasty... Had them classic style - with a squeeze of lemon and sprinkling of sugar... Nod

Wow what a hard two weeks, what with pancake day and a chest infection, it's been hard work, I have managaged to lose another two pounds so in the six weeks I have lost a stone, thats 7 bags of sugar I'm not walking around carrying every day, so I'm chuffed with that, I suppose the hard work is just starting now, phew I can even get into some t-shirts I couldn't get into at Christmas, still looks like eight ferrets wrestling in a sack but I'm getting there.... Big Grin

Well done Squeaky - the new word is great.
Oh yes, the weight loss is pretty good too.

Just one pound for me this time. I blame Danny. He forced warm cheese scones and white chocolate cheesecake upon me at the weekend.

It's still a loss though. Hopefully it will be a bit more next time.

I'm away next week so weighing in early. Another pound off, half a stone now. Only another gazillion to go. That's all my jewellery gone so I'll have to take something else off next time.
