Yep... Looks good that one - essentially a mentoring scheme, that'll guide several writers towards commission and certainly a 'first look' deal with the BBC...
Apparently, you have to be able to show some 'record of acheivement' already to be eligible - worked published, or performed, or broadcast on TV/radio etc... And for anyone who's in that position, I'd say go for it...
