Coronation Street will feature soap's first bisexual love triangle in the near future.

The triangle between Sean, Sonny and Michelle will make soap opera history when it kicks off, with Sonny admitting he is bisexual.

Following his revelation, Sean seduces the businessman - however, Sonny continues to date girlfriend Michelle.

“It’s a love triangle that’s got disaster written all over it," a show insider told The Sun. “Michelle is bound to be shattered when she finds out.”

“Sonny has never said that he likes boys and girls," the source continued, "and he leaves Michelle and Sean confused about who he fancies the most. There will be tears on the cobbles.”

It depends how well it will bre done and on a soap, even Corrie that's not always a good guarantee but it's an interesting development no less.

The Guy Who plays Sonny also played a gay man in Casualty a few years ago.
I'd like to see Steve and Michelle end up together, i think Steve will get full custody of Amy once tracey's banged up for murder, she'll get 10-15 years, I reckon.

I agree. Sean cares too much for his friends to do something like this. I do WISH scriptwriters would have a word with Continuity before launching into storylines!

I never thought Corrie would give Sean a storyline like that. People will soon go off him.

On the other hand, atleast Michelle and Steve could get together.
