Hey just wondered if anyone else has noticed that the value of businesses and property in soaps is rediculusly low!! i corroz leanne brought an entire resturant for like 80 grand (maybe even less than that) and she is now selling her 60% of the business to be told she will only get 40 - 50 grand for it! this would make the entire business worth lesss that 100 grand!! is it just me or is that really really low?
also in eastenders ronnie and jack brought the r&r club for 100 grand (he paid 60 she paid 40) now property prices in london are huuuuuge there is know way you would get a nightclub for that even if it was run down
