.Reformed murderer Billy could be about to find himself back behind bars when a drunken argument with estranged son Andy escalates into violence!

Having already built some bridges with Daz, Billy is determined not to give up on healing some old wounds with Andy. However, the young father has a lot on his plate at the moment – what with his girlfriend and his wife embroiled in a bitter war – and is in no mood to take advice from his biological dad.

Tensions reach boiling point when Andy cancels a lunch date with Jo so he can discuss his divorce with Katie – only for jealous Jo to gatecrash the meeting and cause a huge argument. Returning to work, Andy is accused of not pulling his weight by Jack.
.Enough is enough, so Andy heads down to the Woolpack to drown his sorrows – only to bump into Billy who tries to talk sense into his son despite his inebriated state. Billy warns Andy not to lose Katie over Jo, insisting she will only chew him up and spit him out.

Perhaps this is what Andy wants, but his fists start flying when Billy brings his parenting skills into question. Billy pushes Andy away in an attempt to defend himself and he hits his head on a car. In a malicious attempt to get rid of his dad, Andy tells Jo to call the police and Billy is arrested.Will Andy's accusation break Billy's parole, putting him back behind bars for a lengthy spell of porridge? One thing's for sure, it would be a million miles away from Edna's cooked breakfasts!
