I watch hollyoaks and I think it does show how teenagers are today and how they are influenced by who they go around with, but the one thing that not only hollyoaks but all the soaps do not show is monogamy and a happy family life with a few hiccups, they show that you can flit from partner to partner and that marriage isnt for life I wouldnt say they glamorise life in Britain and some of the story lines like any of the soaps are ott and far fetched sometimes, thats just my opinion.

i think it shows what life is like as a teenager
and it does it well

It raises some important issues but is extremely far removed from my own life as a teenager. It was a while ago but my life was nowhere near as dramatic!
