well after realising that ashely has put all there money into his busnes- clair decided they should 'dowsize' house in order to save money....

it means there planing a deal with the websters to swap houses...

yeah someone posted this a while ago... its a bit weird i think, i thought they owned their house anyway cos fred gave it um as a present

you can still swap houses, even if you own it, as long as it goes through all the legal channels.

the websters pay the differance in price betweeen there house and the peacoks house so sally gets an higher estimate on hers in order to save herself some money.

I thought Ashley got his inheritence when Fred passed away Fred bought them the house Fred sold the Rovers Ashley got the buisness ,I would have thought Ashley and Claire would have managed better than they apparently have
