Well, I suppose it was worth watching...but what a disappointment. I nearly burst out laughing when I saw what was being claimed as the Ark of the Covenant. I loved the way the presenter breezily swept past all of the alleged 'flaws' regarding alternative ideas, while presenting even less plausible scenarios to replace them. When it suited him, he rejected biblical accounts - including the very precise instructions it gives on how to construct the Ark - while embracing Biblical 'evidence' where it suited his case. Talk about a selective reading. If you want to read about how the Ark possibly ended up in Britain, read Graham Phillips' book. Graham Hancock gives a very readable account of the history of the Ark. And my favourite Ark story is "The Armageddon Conspiracy" by Mike Hockney which claims the Ark is involved in an ancient plot to kill God! Beat that.
