What on Earth is going on, C4?!!!!!!!

My programme guides all say today's show is made up of repeats of the last series so I didn't bother. However, I've just tuned in and there's pumpkin throwing in the US, with a team representing the UK! I've never seen this before, and I've missed most of it.

Shame on you, damn it!
