I would venture a guess that says that the Hulk is stronger than Superman, but im not sure about SheHulk she has a small muscle mass

also I think Superman knows how to defeat someone like the Hulk, use his size against him, cos he is very big, somethign that isnt true of She Hulk, however he has other powers than strenght so I think he could defeat them both.

of course this would be in a Marvel / DC crossover, and that doesnt happen alot
