Just to clarify, Best Programme (C4/E4/More4) is the one programme you liked best on any of these channels. Best Programme (Any Channel) is any channel you care to mention, including the BBC.

I enjoyed my time off, thank you very much. I didn't have a summer break this year, and I have to use up all my leave allowance before March, so I'll probably be off for another week soon, when I might try and actually leave the country for a few days, which people tell me is the done thing these days.

Yes, you can have The O.C. as Best Programme (any channel).
I think I've actually listed almost all the UK Drama Series, as we don't do that many, but Totally Frank would qualify too. As for one-offs, there was also The Government Inspector (about Dr David Kelly).
