The two remove tattoos from a former MS-13 gangbanger using cutting edge laser technology. Julia calls Erica to help Matt deal with questions regarding his sexuality. Christian and Liz operate to repair a scar on the face of a female gorilla, Kiki. Tonight 10pm on Sky One

My thoughts on "Kiki" Matt/Ava/Adrian - After being virtually ignored in the season premiere, this storyline can back big style. I loved Matt finding out about Ava, I don't think Sean had a choice in the matter otherwise but the turn it took scared the eck out of me though. Matt beating up that transexual was terrible but I lost sympathy with the transexual in question when she got her mates to pee on him, that was degrading no matter how vile Matt is. Sean/Julia - Both of them took different stands on how to deal with Matt and the Ava situation but Julai should've realised there was no way they could keep Ava's secret from Matt for that long. Julia and Erica were priceless together smoking pot and discussing parenting. Sean/Christian/Liz/Quentin - Forget the "three's a crowd", it's more that four isn't a blessing. Christian is peeved with Sean and Quentin's bonding over a laser device, Sean's mad Christian decided to operate on Kiki and Liz. Well actually Liz wasn't mad at anyone. As for Quentin, i like him. He's a little weird but that's about it. Main patients - I empasised with the Kiki plot, it was terrible her surgery still triggered a violent reaction from her mate. In fact there was a lot of violence in this episode with Matt's beating intersecting with Mr Ramirez's beating too. The music in the episode was intruiging. Did anyone else notice though how the track ("Strawberry Letter 23" by the Brothers Johnson) in the bar with Matt and the transexuals was the same track used wen Nate Fisher died in "Ecotone"? I liked this episode a lot, very dark and disturbing and I can handle that. I don't watch this sow for lighthearted storytelling. Um an 8/10.

I really liked this episode, especially how Adrian was found - I actually nearly threw up and screamed at the TV. Really shocking TV. I don't like Quentin - he's too nice, an extreme version of the sexual side of Christian. Poor Kiki, just goes to show that animals and humans are as vain as one another. I feel sorry for Matt, although I've never really liked his character. I'm not sure why. And the counter-attack from the transexual's friends was totally unrealistic. Women would not behave that way, and these men are living as women. Disgusting and uncalled for.

I can't say I felt sorry for Matt...I've never liked him and his treatment of the pre-op transexual was disgusting. I couldn't help thinking he got what he deserved although urinating on him was perhaps a step too far. I have a feeling he's going to turn into some kind of angry psycho the way things are going.

Quentin and Christian help two students whose faces are glued to the behind of a third student. Christian starts losing interest in the threesome relationship between Kimber, Kit, and himself. He asks Quentin to get involved with Kit to take her off his hands. Tonight at 10pm
