Ok, folks, here it is; your chance to vote for your favourite shows of 2005.

- Email entries to viewerenquiries@channel4.co.uk, with DISCUSS4 POLL as the subject.
- One nomination per category.
- Only shows which had their first run on Channel4/E4/More4 in 2005 are eligible. This means no Friends, Frasier, Teachers, NYPD Blue etc.
- You do not have to nominate in every category if you don't want to.
- All entrants will go into The Green Hat for the chance to win a load of goodies in the prize draw.
- The poll will close at the end of January.

C4VE, I'd like to change my US Reality vote to Wife Swap USA please, if you could. It doesn't really matter though.

Doing the poll made me realise US comedy (and drama) hasn't really been that great this year.

I'm off now for a couple of weeks. The poll will stay open 'till the end of the month, and I'll sort out any queries when I get back.

Gosh... filling out this poll made me really think about what's been shown this year... there are a few programmes that I definitely miss... No Third Watch this year, no Green Wing (is there going to be another series?), no Teachers...

... so what have you missed this year?

... not so sure about the comedy... I adore Scrubs... but I'm with you on the Drama... although I've watched them both all the way through I definitely wasn't taken with Lost or Desperate Housewives... I don't think I like this new style of drama, hope it doesn't catch on... *sighs*

i'm not sure, i know they had to leave a break for tamsin to have her baby but that must be well over by now.

it's been such a long time that i hope they rerun the first series before the new one.

that's occured to me many times...there's spaced, GW, big train, los dos bros, smack the pony... loads of stuff they could be showing.
