I think Nicki, the girl in Big Brother, sounds like Morwenna Banks when she was portraying a small child in 'Absolutely'. In fact, Shahbaz's accent reminds me of the camp Scottish accents adopted by the cast members of that same series.
It is my belief that, just as happens now with The Simpsons and also for a time was done to Irish politicians, the new BB housemates voices are dubbed on by actors, this time it's the cast of the old C4 series Absolutely who don't seem to have found much in the way of gainful employment, since that series. One of them (forget who it was) was forced to marry David Baddiel!
