She accepted a deal of £2,000 (I think it was) -- better than a punch up the throat :-) No big money to date. I think the largest amount has be something like £35,000? From what I've seen.
I wish somebody would explain to all the contestants (and to Noel Edmunds) that what is in each box is entirely random and entirely chance. I wish the contestants didnt hug and kiss each other when they are chosen as the days contestant. AND I think half-an-hour is quite long enough for this programme. It does have long, long slow spells. Regards.
In my opinion it's a load of rubbish. It boils down to a bunch of people opening random boxes that have rndomly placed amounts of money written on a piece of paper inside them. There's no skill or finesse to it. You have as much chance of discarding the highest figure as you have of the lowest figure or any amount in between each time you choose a box to be opened and discarded. Even if you've been lucky enough to eliminate all the 'LOW' amounts, you could still end up with the lowest of the 'HIGH' amounts. I know that everyone that goes on the show will eventually get the chance of being the person who eliminates the boxes and 'WINS' the money, but absolutely no-one is guaranteed to get more than 1p.
