I am not in the habit of complaining to news outlets, but the hysterical interview with the woman from genewatch in tonight's (Friday) 7 o'clock news left a very bitter taste in the mouth. The interviewer's shrill interuptions stopped the interviewee making her points on several occasions, then complained (!) when the interviewee attempted to interupt her. Being polite and probably in a stressful situation, she complied, but was again interupted! I have no axe to grind , I don't know whether we should have a nationwide DNA database or not, but this was not the way to shed any light on this matter. I'm sure John Snow would not have handled this interview in such an unprofessional way. I expect better from channel 4 news.
