yes both were great show & movie, however it seems unlikly we will ever see new episodes on TV, the best we could hope for a is a direct to DVD movie IMO

Joss Whedon also stated he would never do a 'Buffy' tv series...........you never know

Anyway, the dvd's finally got here today, although I had to cancel from Sendit and order them from Play instead

*SG-Atlantis S2 (seen upto ep16 of S2)
*BSG-S1 & S2 (NO i'm not going download this-just the mini-series)
*4400- S2 & S3
*Firefly ( bad news people are giving wrong episode title downloaded based on episode guide)

so i got busy 2 weeks ahead of me.

did you also download alias i think i remember you saying you were doing or had done

unfounatly those flies have disappeared -i should downloaded in feb when i had the chance

just buy the firefly DVD

why should i? it's only 5 episodes which basically 1 day downloading-free

you do know downloading is illegal right?

downloading isnt what got the movie made

you see i never quite understood that- a lot of people download these stuff and never get caught. who going Grass me up you?-you have no idea where i live

It's not illegal to download tv shows - there is no legislation against it.


However, it is illegal to distribute material (this includes TV) which you do not hold the copyright for.

But if something has aired on TV then since it is legal to VCR, PVR or DVR it - then you can download it. Of course, legally, no-one can upload so it's a catch-22
But as I said, there's no precedent for it as yet, so who knows if that could be used as a defence.

oh yes good point, the people uloading it are the ones commiting the crime, not the ones downloading

You could still be had as an accessory, I think, until you have the right to download the show.

But not been to court yet, so would depend on the judge
