Are the Criminal Minds episodes stand alones, or is it like Lost - one long story cut down into 1 hour segments?
******************************** John Smith: So what am I then? Nothing. I`m just a story.
Doctor: You`re an echo. That`s all. A TimeLord is so much more. A sum of knowledge; a code. A shared history. A shared suffering. Only it`s gone now, all of it. Gone forever.

There you go then. Lost requires commitment every week. All the other shows don`t.

quote: Lost requires commitment every week
Lost moves so slowly that you could easily watch episodes every other week and still keep up (as long as you still had the "previously on Lost start to each programme). It could probably be every 2 weeks.
