Any news on when Will & Grace season 7 will be broadcast?

quote: Okay, here's a classic example of why we only confirm scheduling two weeks in advance, and why I always use such cautious language when indicating possible transmission plans; Third Watch series six has now dropped off the December schedule. It could easily reappear, or move somewhere else, but the updated situation is that we haven't settled on a slot for this at present.
Well ok but don't lecture us, we are your audience remember

Danni04- Will And Grace is due to return early next year.
Bala- Wasn't meant as a lecture. An explanation.
Friends Lives- I won't go through my whole cv, but I had various other jobs after leaving uni then got into C4 via an agency.

I sometimes look over the other forums out of curiosity, but this is the only one I oversee, FL. I try to come on every day that I'm in, but I don't always manage it, as you can probably tell.

And here I sit thinking I was the only one. Does anyone actually manage tho get entered for the money using the FREE online method? Peter
yeh it goes through sometimes. if you have loads of free time (ahem...), you can just keep re-entering. i would never do it by phone..my god £1 per call, and thats charged even if you dont get entered. thats robbery! thanks for all the info C4VE!..

quote: Originally posted by C4: Alias- Yes, I was jokily feigning shock at Five's decision to drop this. After all, even though I had been under the impression that they were a channel with exactly the same economic imperatives as every other commercial broadcaster, I was informed in the strongest terms on this forum that (unlike Channel 4, apparently) Five "recognise quality shows", "treat their audience with respect", and were generally streets ahead of us in their approach to acquired programmes. Obviously the show still has fans and it's sad that they've been disappointed, but the fact is that no channel can afford to continue to acquire loss-making shows.
Well, I still think Alias failed to gain good viewing figures due to the timeslot that both Channel 4 and Five aired it in. Plus the fact that it was never promoted over here! Admittedly Channel 4 did promote it quite well prior to S1 airing however as soon the premiere aired it was goodbye promotion. If it had been put on in primetime slot ie 9 or 10pm with the proper advertising I do think it would have been better! Anyway sorry for going on about it. I'll shut up now!

I love More4, finally seeing Hill St Blues has been a delight. But what happened to ER? It seemed to finish Season 1, then has jumped a lot I think, Morganstern is back and Carri Weaver has arrived. I didn't see it the first time round so maybe I'm just being foolish. I also enjoy daytime television without loan adverts ...

its odd that Sky have dropped it, maybe Alias is just not meant to be in the UK
Sky haven't dropped it, Bravo has acquired the rights to season 5.

Why does Channel 4 never observe the 2 minute silence on the 11th of November?

they'd probably stick an ad break halfway through

What new shows have channel 4 got waiting to be shown?
|
| |
|

|
Ghost Squad: After the poor advertising of the The Closer, at least there have been a few for Ghost Squad.
Why then does the C4 Listings not show it!
It's only got the 'Episode Name'
Not the first time the C4 Listings let C4 down.

|
yes, it is quote: 22:00 One of Us A powerful and fast-paced new drama dealing with the murky morality of policing the police.
Just suprised that C4 don't have it on thier listings page The background to this was that for some reason next weeks was shown as episode 1, and I spotted the programme - then nearly got caught by this weeks start.

Peep Show was repeated twice on E4 on Friday (four times if you count E4+1). It will be on E4 again on Monday at midnight and 2:45am.

It's only been a few years since that silence was reinstituted. Why should anyone be expected to observe it, such things should be private in any case. Anyhow, isn't is schools' programming at that time?

... ????? Channel 4 are a british Television Company.. November 11th is Remberence day in Britain. Its not too much to ask that people give up TWO minutes of their Day to Remember those Who gave their lives for us. Ethan.

Phoenix Nights- No confirmation on a further series at present.
North Square- No plans to repeat this.
Remembrance- The fact that we do not break transmission for the two minute silence is not intended as any form of disrespect. The silence is actually widely observed by Channel 4 staff.
