Queen_Ebz- Again, it's great that you appreciate these programmes. I understand that you think they deserve a wider audience, but they are specifically commissioned by our Education department for schools to fit into the national curriculum. Some primetime shows are repackaged for schools, but I'm not aware of it ever happening the other way around. Different commissioning departments are responsible for evening shows, and will come up with their own ethnic/multicultural programming, eg Who You Callin' A N****r?, Whitey Blighty, Great British Islam etc.
Reunion- If the provisional scheduling went ahead, it certainly wouldn't be pushed into a late slot. But it is very much provisional and is pretty much bound to change.

Okay, my people, between a couple of courses and a few days off I doubt whether I'll be able to spend any time here between now and the week after next. Other moderators will be monitoring your conduct, but I know you'll all be nice to each other and abide by the rules. It would really help me if when I come back this thread has only had questions posted to it- it will make dealing with any backlog much easier. Pretty please?!  Until the 12th. |

Hi Ch4 Editor The "David Copperfield" film shown on Ch4 on 29 & 30 November - could you possibly confirm it was the version made in 2000 (cast included Eileen Atkins, Sally Field, and the wacky guy from Seinfeld as Mr Mcawber!) Many thanks.

Not sure, But i do know that an episode that was on e4 one week, was not shown on C4 the next week.(around the time of Nov 11) So, Technically C4 would be two weeks behind E4 Schedule of WAT. maybe they are ditching one to catch up? Ethan.
