I remembered Lindsay-De-Paul from the dim and distant past. But the others... Who they then?
I think it should have been entitled, 'Minor celebrity / hasbeen / wannabe come dine with me'
I'm not going to comment on the actual content of the programme because I switched channels within around 30 secs. in anticipation of a terrible programme.
Linsey De Paul was the only one I did not recognise at first ,she looked as though she has had major plastic surgery on her face and I thought she looked awful to be honest
I thought that Tamara Beckwith would do something more interesting such as something to do with oysters & pearls in Champagne etc. However, her cake was rather entertaining.

Shame. Maybe he didn't see the original series? I must admit that I haven't seen the latest. What do you regulars think about the new format of just one show per group of people? I think I'd prefer the original format, where you have the chance of getting to know them all in more detail.
I completely agree Roy P. I think it's too rushed now, and focusses more on all the bitchiness rather than the cooking. Before they'd show them all gathering ingredients and actually cooking all three of the courses, now it only shows them making one or two or the courses or bits and bobs. I think it's drifting away from being a cookery show lol.

Currently the bookies’ favourites for the debates on Saturday 10th look likely to focus on Cutting Edge: Strictly Baby Fight Club and Dispatches: Immigration – the Inconvenient Truth. But the debates are never set in stone until a day or two before the show and are pretty likely to change again. You’ll find the latest info here.
