It was quite entertaining. Ken Barlow's son, Linus Roache, is like a young Michael Douglas. There seems to be several other Brits in the cast. I'm not sure which characters were supposed to represent Long John Silver and Jim Hawkins or is this not an updated version of the Stevenson classic? Batman and Dragnet could have solved this crime in half-an-hour or so. Are the 6 episodes devoted to this one kidnapping??

Ok, against my better judgement I thought I'd give this a go ... what is with the binocular graphic every time they want to pretend the camera is looking through binoculars? ... didn't we get past that a looooong time ago?

Watched the first one, bit convoluted, but will give tonight's episode a go. Was that really Linus Roache? Didn't recognise him!
And objects in the rear view mirror may appear closer than they are.
