I loved the Daleks frustration when the human/dalek/TimeLord hybrid kept asking "but why". Many a parent gets frustrated when an offspring keeps answering with the same question. Don`t think we`d get away with blowing them up though!!

honestly what a time to say it makes it amusing! overal a dull ep but an emotional one. the poor Doctor has to make peace with the Daleks... must not have been an easy choice.

Doctor: "all i need is a gene lab... oh look ive got one!"

The writers seem to be under the impression that if they speak fast/shout loud enough then we will believe anything

Perhaps we are expecting too much - it IS meant to be for children after all.

i dont think its entierly for children. i think there are some parts that would really scare a child of about 6/7. i mean i still get jumpy and put a cushion on my head when things get edgy... mind you minus 19yrs and i would be at the child age. i never really grew up....

I remember being that age, and being terrified every time the camera focussed on a Dalek. The Dalek could just be standing there doing nothing, and that would scare me.

Mind you, a Dalek just standing there doing nothing just "staring", is enough to scare EVERYONE, adult OR child.

Then when you factor in a whole HORDE of Daleks all screeching "exterminate", well.... that enough to scare anyone sh1tless.

Doctor Who is not being shown on sat 12th, as the BBC have postponed it a week so that theycan show the Eurovision song contest instead.

Why couldn`t the ESC be THIS saturday when I`m on holiday. sigh.

I`ve heard them sing. they can be quite tunefull.

"Exterminate, Annihilate, Destroy" goes really well with a heavy beat, and played really REALLY loud.
