Sometime if you press the menu button on your control it might work again. I think both PArts 1 and 2 have been faulty in some respect. If anyone with Part 1 of series 2 tries the languages, you'll notice they won't work. I sent it back and low and behold the languages didn't work on that one either. I have the occasional blip like the above too. WD is the best Film EVER! Charlie - gotta like that fella

I had this problem when i played it on my PS2 but found it worked fine on my normal dvd player. Not sure if it was the PS2 being stupid or the dvd.

Thought I'd come on here to thank everyone for their advice. In the end, whilst playing round with the DVD, I put it into French, and it played everything fine, in English and only subtitled it in French. So now I've seen all the Extras on the bonus DVD!

I'm Australian and I had the same problem with my DVD! It was incredibly frustrating knowing there was hours of Lost-related material that I couldn't watch.

I buy the Lost DVD's in two parts, and I got s2 part 2 a while back, but on the bonus disc, it goes to options 1,2 or 3 and I can select one of them, but when it gives the options in them (bloopers, extras etc) theres no pointer on the DVD to select any of the options.
I have that problem too. It was on my PS2 so I thought it might work on my DVD player but I never tried it.
Also, I can only select sections 1,2 or 3 if I go to that Menu then to "Top Menu" It's really annoying!
I think I might take it back.
Has anyone else had this problem, and know how to fix it, or if theres a special button (no pun intended) that needs to be pressed? I've already returned them to HMV once, and don't want to do it again!
Thanx for anyone's help!
