But those who took Walt were in the medical hatch. Kate found Zeke's disguise in there too. I am not convinced they are as primitive as they make out, thye looked pretty clean in that medical hatch.

but I think those we saw who took Walt are using the primitive disguise to trick Jack and his army into under estimating them. As we know Sayid has sussed them and Michael out now so hopefully all will be ok on Tuesday. But as it's Lost I guess not.

I'm not sure whaether there are other tribes on the island but i think what Micheal saw was all planned possiably. Because we don't know wheather it was Walt communicating with Micheal over the computer. So if it was the Others, then they had time to prepare the scenary to manipulate Micheal's thinking. Or maybe that area was inhabbited by previous people once on the island and they just simply used the site to fool Micheal. And now the've returned to there hatches........

I assumed that the Others were the Hanso people behind the creation of the hatches , and the dirty castaway appearence is just a disguise to fool anyone who lands on the island .... reason unknown ...
