The more you post, the more stars you get. After you have posted 20 times, you will get a little silver star above your name.

If you go to the top of the thread and click on 'Go' then go to 'My Space' then click on 'Karma' it will show you how many posts you need to get different amounts/sizes of stars.

Sorry I know this is very random but I have been using these forums since January and spoiler free for a month or so but I have only just read this thread and I was shocked to relise that I haven't heard of most of the people who posted on the first few pages Have people just abbandoned this forum since lost finished........

Hi fay - most of the posts on the pages of this thread are from people that have either left, been banned or just don't come on any more.

It's quite nostalgic really, since I spoke to most of them - thewhiterussian left for Australia but still comes on OT occassioanly, Sshhy and my good friend TOTS (totallylost) left the forum a few months ago...and sidandliz and Becky used to be on OT a lot! Cor I remember speaking to lost_brad over in OT as well, crazylinda left which is a great shame...omw i_luv_jack popped up in OT with another random friend of theres the other day! lol Lost rocks still comes to OT, and fanx and polka used to be in the Legwarmer crew with a lot of us but she just left suddenly *snigger* adn Brand-ie is in OT most days. Ah and I remember the orginal !Sophie! - I think she's on her third identity now! And towno used to debate a lot with us on here as well.

I know the feeling Ki! It is a walk down memory lane this thread isn't it? I used to have lots of chats with Gizmo on the Insomniacs thread when there was just one forum. Mostly about her love of jaffa cakes it has to be said! One of the weirdest late night chats we had was after Ep 9 Solitary, when we were both convinced we had seen an elephant's trunk which turned out to be Danielle putting her cardigan on!! Just shows you do need sleep to function properly!

Lol Zinny, I'll have to watch out for that when I watch Solitary again! I used to vist the Insominacs thread on the main forum when there used to be only two forums and chatted to steve on there, but never really spoke to Gizmo much, but did see her around.

I wasn't around when there was only one forum and joined the day before the spoiler free forum opened, and so have been around pretty much since the start of the SF and OT forums.

When I first joined I posted mainly in the SF forum, but didn't really 'speak' to people until the OT forum was created, and in there I spoke to Skrewy and TOTS first of all - unfortunately both of them have left the forums now

I think one of the first people I 'spoke' to was actually Roco!

Back in the 'Gold Car' thread..

Well I can't remember the very first people I spoke to back in August, but it must have been someone like Lost Fan, Steve the Lamp or Light Sticks. I do remember that Roco and Liss were the people I kept agreeing with and that we always seemed to find each other on the episode discussions and that I couldn't type fast enough to get the words out I was so excited! Then the same thing happened when Ki joined. I'm expecting nothing less for Season 2! It's been great fun meeting you guys!

Yep. 15th December. God, it feels like I have been here for way longer than that! Although, technically I have. I joined up last year under a different name for BB, but I only stayed on that forum.

Either that, or it's the sign of a poster who has to be involved in every single conversation/argument on the forum, so people always see her name everywhere..

Zinny I remember speaking with you on the old book thread we had on the SF forum before the OT was created - it kept getting munched because we kept talking about books that weren't Lost related! lol And we also started talking about The Illuminati as well in some threads, and they too got munched, which was suspicious...!
I think I really got talking to you when the DOL was created and you were one of the first to join, and then we got into some good debates as the Season went on, and the rest as they say is history!

I also really got to know Roco from the beginning of the DOL, when we accidentally created it along with Fluffy! lol And from the DOL the COL was created, and so I got to know Lissy from that. I'm actually sad enough to remember how I got to know most people I speak to regularly! lol

I remember the old book club thread Ki and that day that everything with Illuminati references got munched! I'm sure we were getting near to the truth!

I have got Bob Jem-supastar as a contact on MSN now Ki! We were having a trip down memory lane yesterday afternoon!

We really do have a lot to thank the DOL for Roco - not only does it promote the great J-Locke it brings forumers together as well!
I remember seeing D-Roc around the SF for a while, and noticed that he did lots of episode polls as well as loads of great theory threads.
I also remember a random funny thread he made about Locke's wacky paste and what other items the Losties might market, and I made some stupid joke about getting a free knife throwing lesson if you brought 3 jars! Lmao for how sad it is that I remember that far back!


I think we were getting near the truth as well Zinny, because we were having a good theorize as to whether the Illuminati, or a similar group, could be involved with the Lost island, but the mods muched all the references about them no matter how many times we started the debate up again!

I have Bob on msn as well but haven't spoken to her on it for ages, and I have tons of memories with her and my old Pink Legwarmer crew! Lol Ah they were the good old days in the OT And I hope you two had a fun trip down Memory Lane - it's one of my favourite places to travel down!

Great, they deleted Roco's posts. So now I look like I was talking to myself. That'll make the newies feel safe wont it....knowing they share a forum with crazy people who talk to themselves..
