And as for the joke... it applies to america too... the show was on again, off again... for quite awhile.
It would show an awesome commerical... and then at the end, it would say "Wendsday's on ABC" instead of, "Next Week on ABC" which meant.... sit back... you're gonna wait awhile.

And if I sound like I'm from the UK... it's only because I'm on here all the time.

Don't know why I'm not on an ABC forum... most americans annoy me.
Plus it's nice to know the future... and sometimes I would post recaps of entire episodes for the forum... just because.

Now that Lost is on Sky though... I guess it comes on sooner, so no need for recaps.
