Im doing a course in media at college. Wanna get into like television and directing. Lost has been a part of wanting that. Anyway what that has to do with this topic is that i now look at things from a different perspective and when you think about it who would you have cast as Sawyer? hard to do it now as we know the characters etc... but say you had Matthew Fox and so on... How would you cast them?
just go on you tube ther's al sorts sun, claire, mathew fox was going a bit crazy, shannon, sawyer(the real one), hurley and charlie

Sun was a really good Kate. And Shannon's was good.
Dom was a bit of a rubbish Sawyer, and I can't see Hurley playing the slick, cool figure that is our Sawyer
Dom and Jorge are better playing their own characters. Matt was a brilliant Sawyer, but I don't really want to remove Josh from out cast list.

Well I think that Sawyer would certainly be an enticing character for an actor, at least from his description.
I mean, which would you rather be a a cool, back-chatting, con man or a doctor who (to begin with) refuses to believe in anything but what is obviously the truth. At least on paper, Sawyer's character looks much more appealing.
I agree that indeed Yunjin Kim did make a very good Kate but Evangeline is so good in the role i wouldn't want it to change!
