By the way Locke quickly took off his splint and limped off with a purposeful look on his face I would guess we will see him prominent in the finale. He seemed to have made some sort of decision after watching Charlie chuck the heroin in the sea.
Charlie was getting rid of his demons (hopefully) the heroin. Maybe Locke is ready tp get rid of his demons.... but what are they???
Watched yesterday's repeat, just to concentrate on Locke.
He hasn't said a word about anything, but the wheels were definitely turning inside his head, and he's definitely made up his mind about something!
Maybe this is going to be his Hurley moment - "Now... I want some freakin' answers!"
Since Mr.Eko seems happy to take over hatch duty, I figure Locke is going to explore the island to find out once and for all what gives with all the hatches shown on the blast door map.
Maybe he'll follow the pneumatic tube (like Sayid & Hurley followed the cable) to see who the reports were sent to. Or maybe he wants to find 'Henry Gale', the way Hurley found Rousseau.
The boat was a bit confusing. I thought maybe Locke would go and find Desmond's new hideout on the island, but that's probably Desmond in the boat - which is supposed to be at the bottom of the sea, but what the hey?!
