OMG!! I don't know if I'll be able to watch Lost tonight now! I read a description of the epi and there's something about a lethal spider in it. I'm totally petrified of them....really arachnaphobic. What to do...what to do!!!!!

Hmmm interesting. Yeah I don't really like Spiders, they sh!t me up big time lol. Especially the ones bigger than your hand - such as this spider a few years ago which started running toward me in my bathroom! ha ha.
Erm dunno what to suggest, except squint your eyes when the spider appears.

Well I'm scared at the time of murder, but I go through with it because...well because it must be done. Cuz the spider will only get bigger with time so I'm saving myself a heart attack later down the line

I seriously don't know what I'm gonna do. I won't be able to watch it but how can I miss an epi!
I've seen a psychotherapist, a hypnotherapist and all sorts but I'm beyond help it would seem. I will freak if I even see so much as a glimpse of it.

Easy, I just squash them Well I ain't got time to run outside for every spider that has illegally broken into my house and spun stinking webs everywhere, giving me the sh!ts!!
Now if we were talking about frogs or butterflys or summin, then I'd go outside and set them free. But spiders can stick it brother! hee hee, so watcha gunna do brother when Angs-a-mania decides to squash you!? hee hee

They do find out, thats why you cant kill them

Huge phobia. I do freak out big time. I just can't deal with it at all.
Hypnotherapy did help a little bit in that I freak slightly less than I used to but that's not saying much. It's really bad...sounds awful but when my eldest kid was a couple of months old there was a spider in the house and I freaked and left the house. With baby IN the house. I couldn't go back in and get him and had to wait until someone came round to help me. I was just outside but all the same it was a pretty awful thing to do. That's when I decided to try hypnotherapy.
SO either I watch Lost and risk having some sort of breakdown....or I miss it altogether...Nice dilemma

How much screen time are we talking though? Is it just a one shot kinda thing or does it deserve a mention in the credits?

Well they're only in 2 scenes. One just a glimpse, the other about 7 seconds screen time.

SP I've seen this episode, and you don't have to worry about seeing the spider until right near the end really...it's when a certain two characters go into the jungle for a confrontation that it makes an appearance. But it's not for very long, although there is a brief shot of several spiders running over the ground.
