Its a shame that they dont follow them on to uni and see where thier lives take them.

there was auditions for parts on sunday .. (16th) i had an email asking hme to go but i wasnt intrested in going but ma frinends went and one of the lucky bitches met mike baily wish i did go now x

They might keep on a few of a current cast for cameos or say if they dont go to uni I would guess. But yeh new cast. Wish I was one of them. Meh I get to party on down in uni myself. Bring on the soco/lemonade/lime!

i dont think it will be as appealing if they go to uni because they wont be together and it will get to a certain age where its not as interesting, i think if they do focus on Effys friends it'll be good, nice to see fresh faces and i wont the current skins cats to leave on a high rather than drag it out til people lose interest!

I'm not watching it if Maxxie and Chris aren't in it!

The only person I heard was leaving was Cassie

wudn the same cast be able to stay just in uni. cause u dont get to uni and suddenly change into someone different. Im not sure it wud work though because they wud all be in different places although ud think chris wud still be in bristol.

i heard that they told people at the auditions that this series is based on effy & her sixth form friends..

People would also begin to loose interest if they kept the same characters & saw them grow up

People say they love the parties etc..when if it focused on them in full time jobs or something they'd hardly have as much time or an attitude to raves!

I hope i'm right and still enjoy the next series

Well I had my heart set on ignoring it but after Effys episode last night I have decided I will give it a fair chance and I would suggest everyone do the same

But that's what being an actor is about - Being able to take on different roles,the actors in hollyoaks seem to do it well for example James Sutton who plays John-Paul is 25 and his character is like 18/19
