Given all the fangirls Maxxie clocked up, it's no shock he's been thrown into the foreground more, but it's kind of thrown Anwar under the bus. Given that Anwar's storyline, and the majority of his appearances last year were with Maxxie, having Maxxie suddenly thrown into a lot of solo face time means that Anwar's only being given token appearances. It's a shame to me, as he and Chris were the only real comedy characters we were given, and while Chris has been given a level of complexity both last series and this, Anwar has remained that random face that pops up to deliver a punchline, then disappear.
OMG!!! i was going to post a threrad on this! thanks for this lammington!!! i dont no ur name sorry lol!1 ok you are right last years series was good but its a shame that anwar had to share hsi episode with maxxie and this year he isn't even getting his own episode is he???! in this series he has only had small parts in a few episodes. He was one of the best characters along with chris!! and if abigail gets her own episode, so shouls anwar! abigail isn't even a main character!! Its like anwar is being used as a character that is being ut in if there is a free gap if that makes sense :S!! Anyway i hope he gets his own small part before the end of the series or that will be unfair !

you are right and kenneth has his own episode this series and anwar doesnt!! but anwar is part of the gang so he should really have his own episode or at least a shared episode!!!
I agree. Anwar is really funny and they could do a lot with his character, but he only seems to appear for a short while when space needs filling. As for the three more episodes. I can't believe it's coming to an end. So sad!
