Just found a link for YesAsia on http://www.cheapest-psp.co.uk, and they also say they are VAT free of UK buyers. Plus you get a $5 vouchers if you spend over $50 for use on your next purchase. Which makes Jammers suggestion even better.
Boots currently have it at £179 HERE But there is a code for 1500 points if you spend over £100 which takes £15 off the total price which brings it down to £164.99 and you also get around 650 points with the buy which brings it down to approx £158.49
Boots currently dont have any stock but they say that stock is comming soon, so hopefully in time for christmas.
P.s If you sign up to http://www.Rpoints.com/?ruid=62908 you get money for buying from online shops, so you get even more money of your psp, its a great community with a huge forum so you can always pick up some good bargains.
Th trouble is Soxy that if you buy from america the psp is region 1 which means you can watch movies that are tregion 1 only and the uk is region 2 so if you bought a movie for it that was region 2 then you wouldnt be able to play it.
Thats true MrBlobs and you'd have to get an adapter in order to charge your psp, but at least games are region free. But it may be a good thing if the UMD films are going to be cheaper and released earlier from the US allowing for postage. Dont forget people may sell them on ebay sooner and cheaper too.
BTW, Mr Blobs, I still don't have your mailing address for last week's prizes!
And to clarify Jammer's question, we are looking for the cheapest deal on whatever PSP you can find, regardless of pack. Though I think we should stipulate region 2 PSPs only.
This round of the Challenge will finish on Thursday.
It doesnt really matter about cheapest-psp.co.uk, as it just had a link to Jammers suggested YesAsia.com website. Thats were it advertised the VAT-FREE for UK and a banner at the top of the page offered the money off voucher.
Just searched out Tocom Hardware and its on tocomhardware.biz
Minimum order is 1,500 Euros which means you'll have to buy 12. During December they have FREE Shipping and FREE Customs Tax. The description also lists that it has "Import friendly AC Adapter that works worldwide (100-240V)" They also accept PayPal!. Which is nice for people like me with a stupid Electron card.
XE are giving this as £91.55, so its actually cheaper than you stated bridgeoverriver!
