Do you think it's fair that a child's England World Cup Umbro replica shirt is just a couple of quid less than a shirt that'd fit a 20-stone man. Check out the news story here.

Are retailers taking advantage of footie fans? Will you fork out for one for yourself or have you already bought one? Would you bow to pressure from your kids and buy a child a shirt at £26? Do you think this is outrageous? Or do you think we should get behind our national team, whatever the cost? Let us know your thoughts here.

Plus enter this week's challenge to find the cheapest England shirt. Best tipster wins a prize! Ed

I think football shirt retailers are charging too much for us to wear there shirts. It became odvious when Man u brought out 6 kits in one season, putting loads and loads of pressure on kids parents and must have left some disapiontment to the children.

There could and should be a scheme where children can receive money off for either taking part in sport or buying heathly food, there could be some great benifits from this!

But its more than just a shirt, what about the training kit, the tracksuits etc

Football clubs have alot of merchandise to sell and the way they see it is the more money they get the more successful they will become.

look at Man utd, they sell loads of merchandise and are able to profit. Teams that profit are able to buy better players in the transfer market.

I've always tried to buy a Liverpool shirt each season but as time has gone on i want to wear something a bit different and not so popular. I support Liverpool in everyway but do our teams support us?

The Fact that the difference between a 20 stone man's and a child's england shirt just goes to show that you are paying for the qudos of supporting your team rather than the shirt itself which to me is a grave insult. It's like their saying "We'll yuor support isn't enough and we want you to pay for the privilege"
I wouldn't even mind so much If we had a world class team to support, there is already talk of them being runners up in their group on purpose so as not to face Germany in the first round of the knock-out stages. Hardly the spirit of the Lion is it maybe we should have a hyena on there instead or a fox they run at the first sight of danger. Actually with this arguemment have I got a case of false advertising against them as their shits represent the noble spirit of the lion with virtues such a courage and a stout spirt, well after they dodge Germany anyway. lol I'm just waffling now so I will end this post

"A noble spirit embiggens the smallest man"

"Embiggens, phfft that isn't even a word"

"Of course it is Lisa, it's a perfectly crumulent word"

Most English people are starting to belive they are going to win the world cup. Most Cars have English flags and alot of ppl are wearing shirts.

I don't support England because i am part Irish and Sri lankan and Welsh and prefer the Irish and Welsh players.

Beckham is the biggest woosy going and earns money just for opening his eyes.

John Terry, well he is good but got away with alot of hand balls etc and wonder if he really is as good as ppl make out.

I Hope a team like Italy or Brasil show England up because the players are too full of themshelves.

I don't think England will win because of their manager, he is just using England as he has been doing for years to and appiont Steve McClearn is'nt a giant step forward, Harry Redknapp or Big Sam would of been better i feel.

This World cup is just a giant con, in 1 month it'll all be over and every strip with be less fashionable, football shirts only stay in fashion for 2 years now,and its more important to buy the essentials in life.
