I'm going to Disney Orlando on Tuesday. I've been closely watching the travel exchange rates. Over the past week the $ has been going up against the pound. I have to order my travellers cheques at least 24hrs before we go on Tues morning. Now the exchange rate is $1.73 to the £ -(Travelex). Is it worth leaving it over the weekend or should I change now? Any help appreciated! Thanks, Gary

If we knew how the money markets were going to fluctutate we'd all be millionaires! BTW you don't have to order trav cheques anymore American Express do a card you can pick up over the counter of your travel agent. Card is free at the moment and you get $50 free if you load the card with $500.

you are always always always best off just using a credit card - then you are covered against fraud.

if you are staying in a disney hotel you can charge absolutely everything in all the disney parks restaurants and shops to your hotel room
