how do you enter the draw online?

I've found a page for the draw with a box saying 'enter', I'm assuming it's a link, but it doesn't work.

However it's never worked for me... and I don't mean that I've never won. I fill in the form, it then says 'wait...' and then nothing!

I have been trying for 45 mins, and only managed one successful entry. I must have tried about 16 - 20 times.

I've been trying since day one, and not once have I got through!

I turn off my firewall and everything, with still no results!
