Hi guys, I'm in the process of transfering an ISA to a different provider and wanted some advice
Basically I started the process on 28th March, using Icesave's transfer process. I waited the 30 days, then Icesave notified me they had experienced problems with the transfer, and advised me to contact Bradford and Bingley myself.
I did and they said they had no record of any transfer request. Icesave sent a second request to them a couple of days ago, i wil contact them again soon to see if they have received this, but what else would you advise I do?
If i start the process again (as B&B suggested) that means another 30days wait, or should they 'fast'track' the transfer? Anyone else had similar problems?
