Nope, no reason, just consider you should take out one loan of £20k as you tend to get a better rate the bigger the loan.

Cos I don't like all my eggs in one basket!

Cos I can take one out for 7years but another for just 4 years - finish quicker - instead of being tied to both for a set period.

I like to make things complicated!
