So might use Lloyds TSb as an example of how a bank gets it right in my uni project...? Cos peope seem to be saying that they are good. Are they? Any good or bad points?
I've been with them for nigh on 20yrs, no bother with them apart from the usual bumf through the post.I hate that they did away with jobs up here in Newcastle and sent them to India, but i wonder if it's worth finding another bank who doesn't do this ?
I think they have improved lately, when the merged Lloyds and TSB a few years back the service was below par, but they seem much better now. I discovered the other day that when I pay in a cheque, although the cheque takes 4 days to clear, I get interest on the money the next day, apparantly none of the other banks do, they keep the interest.
