anyone ever think that the 3.2 million dollars is code for ben.

Maybe if he is behind the sunken flight 815, that is the cost of staging it and he warning ben he knows. Then ben has sayid killing off the people that double crossed him due to what widmore does when the war commences

There has been chat about this on other Forums. It could be Code but Miles did seem to be money orintated, when he was using that funky hoover thingy.
I wonder if that scene is linked somehow to the 3.2 million $ we will wait and see.

everytime i read the title of this thread it reminds me of dr evil from austin powers.

I've just had a thought, 3.2 million dollars is a bit cheap. I would have thought it's more than that.

Maybe they got the bodies off ebay and the plan wreckage from the scrapyard

You have a good point there though, I wonder how much a scrapped jet plane would cost??? Unless that was just bens share? Maybe he was in with someone else?

I think Widmore is behind the fake plane, he paid quite a bit for that diary from the Black Rock so he must be pouring a lot of cash into his project..

Is Miles's code 325...which is the co-ordinates of the island....so then what is Miles saying...that the freighter has sent these co-ordinates to Widmore?

Miles strikes me as the type to be in it for himself. Ben certainly wasn't pleased to see him so I don't think he is working for him. As you say it could be a red herring but it is an odd amout to ask for.

I just thought, could the 3.2 million be a ransom for something or someone?
