No one ever seems to mention the bird that has appeared at the end of both seasons and it sounds like it says "Hurley". Maybe the bird is sending out a warning to Hurley?! All I kno is that everytime I watch it the bird gives me the creeps!
wicked cos I have been looking over various msg boards and I can neva find ne thing about it. I reckon the bird is some force of good, don't kno why just a feeling.
the bird is probibly the white monster, 1st of 3, if you didnt know there was 3 then HELLO, WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING WHEN I'VE BEEN POSTING IT ON ALL THE MONSTER DESCUTIONS. it spys on the losties to gain info.
In "Live Together, Die Alone," Hurley, Jack, Kate, Sawyer, and Michael encounter a huge bird resembling a kea, which quickly swoops and caws what sounds like "Hurley." It also appears in the first season finale, "Exodus."

In the dave episode Dave says Hurley's in a coma at first i thought Dave was Hurley's hunger telling him to eat but maybe Hurley went into a coma when he crushed those people on the bus and the bird is Hurley's mom trying to talk to him & every else on the island were on the bus.
