i've heard that Henry is infact the leader of the others.

Also i think Walt is playing a big part in the story, if you guys remember the comic book walt was reading, when michael burned it it showed that it had a polar bear on the front. A polar bear was hunting them all and it's only when michael burned the comic that the polar bear went away. i think somehow whatever walt is reading about happens. e.g. he was reading about the bird and it flew into the window. he was reading a comic about a rabid polar bear and a rabid polar bear appears.

we already knew that i think neway lol. and also i know why no1 can find the island. the island is surrounded by a magnetic forcefield. any radar will bounce off the force field. walt was reading something about that in his comic aswell so it might havce happened when he thought about it. i think the island has been put there by scientists for tests so they dont want any1 to find it

Henry is a good candidate for being "HIM", he certainly seems to be in charge of The Others we've seen.

Personally I think Alvar Hanso is a better candidate, but no-one knows yet.

One thing we do know is why there are Polar Bears on the island, DHARMA put them there to study, there was a reference to them on the map...

But they seem to pop up in other places, the comic book, the You All Every Butties advert, Michael gives one to Walt when he was a baby...

They'll be back in season three I hope, we're supposed to be getting a look at the Zoological Research Facility at some stage, or what's left of it...
