Well only a spolier if you thought there was a chance she might live!
Anyway, there were a few theories going round that Libby was an important character, that her stay at Santa Rosa was significant, maybe that she wasn't even on the plane (disproven by her bumping into Mr Eko at Sydney airport on E4 last night). So are those theories now proved wrong by her death, or could she still have a significant part in the story?
Obviously she can't now "out" Hurley as having been in a mental home, and maybe its now unlikely Hurley will ever work out that's where he recognised her from. And she didn't manage to make them realise it was Michael who shot her and Ana Lucia.
So was she just a pointless character, put there to give Hurely a few days of happiness and convince him of his own sanity? Or as evidence of his possible insanity? Did she die because Santa Rosa, linked to Dharma, doesn't want former residents to meet in the outside world? Lots of questions, any ideas?
I don't reckon she'll come back to life or any crap like that.
But I do reckon that we'll see more about her in the future. Most likely we'll see her connection to something bigger in somebodys flashback. I personally would bet it being Fenry or just one of the others.
I seriously don't think that they've brought her in for no reason. There's a mystery about her and it's not been answered.. but it will be in time

I agree that we will probably see more about her in Hurleys further flashbacks. But I also see her as a bit of a pointless character - in the same way Boone and Shannon were just eye candy
i defo reckon she will appear in flashbacks, but never coming back to life, that would jsut be impossible.
